A growing support queue rarely arrives one neat technician at a time. More machines need attention, colleagues share the work, and somebody still has to explain the result.
OpalSpan gives that team a shared place for AI-driven device support. Start with Mech in the browser: choose an authorized device, describe the outcome, and review what it found, changed and checked. Your own AI assistant can also work through OpalSpan Agent CLI, within the same user permissions. The assistant operates the tool; the technician directs the work.
Choose capacity for the work you actually have
For new DKK orders, paid plans have no per-person charge. Choose by enrolled devices, included work and AI usage instead of buying another seat each time a colleague joins.
| Plan | Monthly price, excluding VAT | Enrolled devices | Work sessions/month | AI credits/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | DKK 0 | 5 | 25 | 250 |
| Shop | DKK 800 | 25 | 300 | 2,500 |
| Business | DKK 2,600 | 150 | 1,500 | 10,000 |
| Fleet | DKK 6,000 | 500 | 5,000 | 20,000 |
Free is for one person. Paid team access still follows the workspace’s roles; adding people does not give everyone administrator rights. AI credits and work sessions are separate allowances, not a promised number of completed repairs.
Compare Fleet capacity in the current interface
A fictional team considers 460 devices and 4,000 monthly work sessions, then checks the current pricing cards and VAT display.

Current shared Mech and pricing components, generated 5 October 2026 with fictional team data. Offline illustration: no real account, AI call, device work or purchase. Fleet is a capacity plan, not evidence of multi-customer isolation or activated unattended monitoring. Stripe shows the exact applicable total before payment.
More devices does not have to mean a different plan
Each paid plan can add 25 enrolled-device slots for DKK 100/month excluding VAT, purchased explicitly. For example, a shop needing 50 enrolled devices can choose Shop plus one block: DKK 900/month excluding VAT before any additional approved usage. That is a capacity example, not a recommended plan for every 50-device workload.
An offline enrolled device still occupies a slot. Removing its enrollment frees the slot; retaining its historical record does not use one. Compare how many devices you need enrolled at once, not how many customers passed through last year.
Fleet is a self-service capacity plan. For an MSP, it is worth evaluating for authorized device work alongside the existing service stack. Its name does not promise multi-customer isolation, fleet-wide orchestration or a replacement for your RMM and PSA. Check those requirements separately.
Put one useful task first
Start with a job your team already understands: an update failure, a stopped service or a workstation that needs investigation. Mech carries forward the authorized software work; your team keeps the decisions, physical checks and customer relationship.
OpalSpan supports Windows and Linux; macOS is a technical preview, in active development.
Additional paid work-session spending defaults to a monetary budget of zero; an authorized person must approve more. AI top-ups are explicit purchases. Prices above exclude VAT; Stripe shows the exact applicable total before payment. Existing accepted orders retain their own terms.
